Quality Assurance Program
PROVEN has established a customer-oriented quality system to put its commitment to quality into practice both in its short and long-term activities.

Management reviews are used to define and document how PROVEN’s requirements for quality will be met for specific projects, services, and contracts. The type and depth of the plan depends on the scope of the task to identify the processes, skills, equipment, and techniques that will be used to conduct the work.

PROVEN monitors, measures, and analyzes its processes and implements the actions necessary to achieve planned results and continuous process improvement.

PROVEN’s senior management documents the responsibility, authority, and relationship of its personnel using organizational charts, job descriptions, and its Quality Assurance Program.

PROVEN is committed to providing the necessary resources to implement our quality policy by employing qualified personnel and will provide the necessary time, resources, procedures, specific work instructions, training, and management oversight for employees to properly carry out the quality activities of PROVEN.
