PROVEN REFERRAL PROGRAM

WHY SHOULD YOU REFER PEOPLE TO US?

We help everyone save time by knowing exactly what our client companies look for in their most important resources. Although a job description may say a lot, it doesn't tell the whole story. We know what our client companies are looking for from a technical, functional, interpersonal and cultural stand point.

We also know the complete compensation package so individuals don't short change themselves or ask for too much.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Send us as little as their name, phone number and/or their email address and a brief description of what they're great at and type "PROVEN Referrals" in the subject line of your email. We'll take it from there. If we place them in a job with one of our clients:

• The referred individual that we place in a direct-hire position must stay employed with our client for a minimum of 90 days before a bonus is paid.
• Referral bonuses for individuals placed in a direct-hire position will range from $500 up to $3,000 depending on the type of position. The higher the salary, the higher the referral bonus. The amount of the referral bonus is at the complete discretion of PROVEN.
• For Individuals that we place in a temporary or contract position, we will pay a bonus up to $250 for every 90 days of employment with our client for a maximum of $1,000 for a 12 month period.
• The referral bonus for the individual is valid for a period of 12 months after the date of the initial email containing the contact information.
• An eligible referral is someone who has not been previously referred to us, submitted their resume to us or found directly by us in the last 12 months.
• Only one referral fee will be paid for a referred individual.
